From 3:30-5:00pm stop by the historic Carriage House where Fall River’s major international textile manufacturers, Matauk, American Blanket Co., Vanson Leather, American Players, Korber Hats will have their wares on display as well as Party Dress Express, Precision and YEAH! Corps displaying and explaining a new digitized textile process. A silent auction will be set up to bid on some quality items. Outside enjoy pre-show activities with a mix of cultural music performed by THE CAMELIA LATIN DANCE BAND and Cambodian music, dance & fashion by Mass Apsara and instruments troupe. Bring a piece of history home with an old spike from the railroad tracks which will soon become Southcoast Rail! Explore your creativity and paint one of the vintage spikes.

At 5:00pm prepare to embark on a journey of creativity, elegance, and inspiration where you will be dazzled by Valentina Entertainment's stunning 10-foot-tall vBot character, accompanied by two talented dancers, CO2 smoke gun and glowing foam sticks followed by D Valor and La Salsa Hip Hop performances mixed with Latin tunes. All this will lead up with fashion taking center stage with designs from Good Dad Gang, Endstate, dap, JLCS, Vanson Leather, Korber Hats, Matouk, Party Dress Express, models from Boston, Worcester. Models from Boston Worcester, students from UMass Dartmouth and Durfee Fashion Program will walk down the catwalk with music by DJ Jackie Treehorn.

This evening is designed to be a celebration of art, music, fashion, textiles, and cultural diversity. This, first time, event will leave you inspired, proud and motivated.

The event will highlight Fall River’s deep rich history of the textile industry and the city’s rebirth as a hub of innovation. We believe the time is now for Fall River to reclaim itself as a center of creativity and enterprising spirit. Textiles are alive and thriving in Fall River and we want to celebrate and thank our leaders in the industry!

Tickets for the Fashion Show are $15 and can be purchased through Eventbrite, just key in Fall River. Tickets will also be available the day of the event through Venmo or cash or click on the Venmo QR Code on our website creativeartnetwork.info. This event is funded in part by the Massachusetts Cultural Council. We are proud to participate in the Card to Culture program, a collaboration between the Mass Cultural Council and the Department of Transitional Assistance by broadening accessibility to cultural programming.
